We run Te Wahi Ora Women’s Retreat for you and every one of you count! You are counted in the number of beds that are made up by our staff, the rooms prepared, the food purchased and cooked.
IF a cancellation has to happen let’s do our best to enable someone else to come!
In the event of a cancellation due to Covid-19, we offer a full refund, or your payments can be carried over to another chosen retreat date.
If you notify us of your cancelation at least 7 days prior to arrival date: Money paid can be carried over to another time or refunded, less an Administration / costs fee, dependent on our work already completed.
If cancelation is last minute, (i.e. within 7 days of arrival date): Deposit may be lost depending on work already carried out but remaining fees can be carried over to another date or refunded.
We understand that things may change at short notice and are out of your control. Please contact us to share your circumstances, we`ll be happy to discuss arrangements with you.
In the event of a positive Covid case while staying at Te Wahi Ora, please be prepared to self-isolate for 7 days.
